Hazza Institute of Technology Hosts PMOEP Overseas Employment Visa Award Ceremony with National Vocational and Technical Training Commission

Islamabad, March 2, 2026: Hazza Institute of Technology, in collaboration with National Vocational and Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC), successfully organized the Overseas Employment Visa Award Ceremony for the handover of travel documents to trainees under the Prime Minister’s Overseas Employment Program on March 02, 2026 at the NAVTTC Center of Excellence, Sector H-9/4, Islamabad.

The ceremony marked a significant milestone in the overseas placement of more than 400 skilled Pakistani youth to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, following successful completion of internationally benchmarked technical training, skill verification, and visa processing. The event was graced by Honorable Rana Mashood Ahmad Khan, Chairman Prime Minister’s Youth Program, as Chief Guest. Among the distinguished guests were, Gulmina Bilal Ahmad – Chairperson NAVTTC, Muhammad Amir Jan – Executive Director NAVTTC, Anjum Aqeel – Member National Assembly Member, Ms. Rabia Naseem Farooqi – Parliamentary Secretary MoFE&PT, Aftab Rashid – Sr. Joint Secretary MoFE&PT, Jawed Zia – DG Bureau of Emigration & Overseas Employment, and Azhar Iqbal Sindhu – Managing Director, Hazza Institute of Technology, along with other senior government officials.

Rana Mashhood Ahmad Khan, Chairman of the Prime Minister’s Youth Program, emphasized the vital role of structured skill development pathways under the Prime Minister’s Youth vision, praising partner institutions for equipping Pakistani youth with internationally competitive training. He commended NAVTTC for its pivotal role in fortifying Pakistan’s national skills ecosystem and forging clear avenues for overseas youth employment, while lauding its leadership for synchronizing technical training with global market needs and upholding transparent immigration and placement processes. He explained that NAVTTC has institutionalized monitoring and compliance systems to ensure that every trainee meets international competency benchmarks before deployment.
